Fans can see Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster (a.k.a The Mighty Thor), Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher, Taika Waititi’s Korg, Russel Crowe’s Zeus, and finally the most surprising entry on the list, Thor’s Goats, who are named Tooth Grinder and Tooth Gnasher....

More than 5,000 wild camels were shot dead in an aerial operation in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) area governed by Aboriginal Australians, in the remote north west of South Australia. The screaming goats, Toothgnasher and Toothgrinder, are just further proof of Taika Waititi’s desire to dive deep into the source material, as the pair find their origin in Thor Annual #5 (1976), with that being just one out of many Thor: Love and Thunder easter eggs taken straight from Marvel Comics. Like most elements in Thor’s story though, these are actual mythological references, in this case to Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr, the goats that do the rough work of pulling the Norse god’s chariot....
