On Thursday, Woods teed off again in just his second major tournament since his near-fatal February 2021 accident. He shot a 4-over 74 and find himself on the outside of the cut line looking in on Friday.
Woods made the cut at the 2022 Masters, but he finished 13 over par for the tournament, putting him in 47th place.
Woods’ four career PGA Championship wins have him just one away from tying Jack Nicklaus for the most titles at the major.

ESPN and CBS will split coverage of the 2022 PGA Championship over the four days of the tournament. ESPN will handle the first two rounds in their entirety and the earlier portions of the third and fourth rounds, while CBS will take over the broadcast for the later afternoon in the final two rounds.
